Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist

Austin RODBT PLLC is growing and looking for both full and part time clinicians wanting to build their practice. We provide individual and group RODBT treatment, as well as individual therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We pride ourselves in utilizing evidence-based practices including RODBT, DBT and CBT. I am committed to working with clinicians of all backgrounds, interests, and goals, and most importantly I want to be a part of a healthy, and HELPFUL therapist community! Not only for our clients, but for your clinical and livelihood goals! Working at Austin RODBT PLLC aims to provide you a safe, yet effective space to build your practice without harsh contract limitations, in a healthy, affirming and encouraging work environment!

Qualifications

  • Holds an active license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the State of Texas
  • Is interested in working within the practice for a minimum of 2 years
  • Is committed to therapeutic work that is anti-racist and LGBTQ+ affirming
  • Availability and willingness to work at least one evening and/or one weekend day/evening per week
  • Experience with or interested in receiving paid training for RODBT (Radically Open DBT)
  • Training in DBT, EMDR, or other evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Experience working with adolescents and families
  • Proactive work ethic; ability to be flexible and curious

License/Certification

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • LMSW (must have an active Supervisor)
  • LPC (or LPC Intern with an active Supervisor)
